Andrew Wardle, suffers from an extremely rare birth condition called bladder exstrophy, which caused his male sex organ to grow outside of his body. Doctors however fixed his bladder according to E! News, but he was never able to grow the male reproductive organ. He does, however, have testicles.
The interesting part however is that Wardle claims to have had sex with more than 100 women, while somehow managing to conceal the fact that he’s missing the critical sex organ.
An upcoming one-hour documentary special on Discovery Life Channel will soon be aired on Wardle’s condition which will also feature him confessing his secret to old friends, past lovers and flings and even his current girlfriend, who has no idea.
He admits that he has revealed the truth to some women, but it didn’t always go as well as he had hoped.
“I had only told about 20 percent of them the truth,” Wardle tells the network, per the New York Post. “It is difficult to explain to a new girlfriend. Once, I was punched in the face when I told a girl. I guess she felt like I had lied, but it’s not something you can say right away.”
Thanks to medical advancements in the field of sexual reassignment surgery, Wardle hopes to have a fully functioning organ built.
He also says that his condition has plagued him throughout his life, which has resulted in him struggling with depression, substance abuse and even contemplating suicide.
