It has a unique storyline involving a lady named Laura who is married to David Okonto. David is your typical African man. When an African man gets married, the woman should be able to give him a child. Unfortunately, Laura cannot. She has suffered four miscarriages. Finally Laura succeeds in convincing David to hire a surrogate mom. They hire a young lady name Gia. Gia and David disappear with the baby soon as Gia gives birth to Laura’s daughter,”Destiny”. Laura is devastated. Her one chance to hold a baby in her arms is taken away from her. Laura gets closer to their family lawyer Alex Toller as they investigate daughter disappearance. This is a story that will take you on a roller coaster ride. The diverse cast includes African, African American, and Caucasian actors. It is a new approach to the way African film is being done in the USA.
