In a Twitter message shared by CNN Money, Nigeria was listed among the fastest growing economies in 2015 with others being China and Qatar.

CNN Money further reported that Nigeria’s Economy grew by 7.1 per cent in 2014, and expects an additional growth of 7 per cent in the economy this year. “By our estimate, the fastest growing economies in 2015 will be China, Qatar and Nigeria. “….“Nigerian economy, growing by 7.0% came after China 7.3%, and Qatar 7.1%,” it said.
The PDP National Publicity Secretary, Mr Olisa Metuh, later said in a statement that this report was a reflection of the efficient management of the Nigerian economy by the administration of Nigeria’s current President, Goodluck Jonathan.
