All these years, the fans of popular musical TV show “Glee” have been asking for a rendition of “Let It Go”. So, to please the fans and with a major part of the US still under “Frozen” weather conditions, the creators decided to proceed with a much-anticipated cover of the song by the show’s star Lea Michele.
The “Let It Go” cover is included in the 2-hour final season premiere of “Glee” that airs on Friday and Fox have just released a video of the scene on YouTube.
After the release of Disney’s “Frozen”, “Let it Go” has become a massive hit apart from a Christmas classic. It is also worth to mention that the song has helped its original singer (and actress) Idina Menzel, who also plays in Glee, make history as she is the first person ever to have both a hit in Billboard Top 10 (in March 2014) and a Tony Award (for her acting performance on Broadway in 2004).
