Senator Ben Murray-Bruce has been very vocal of late on Twitter as he uses the social media platform to voice out several political comments that have either been praised or criticized by his fans and critics alike.
A few days ago, we reported that President Buhari was planning to sell a number of the country’s presidential jets according to an aviation source. Click here if you missed it!
In Senator Bruce’s most recent tweet however, he advises President Buhari to sell off all the country’s presidential jets, and subsequently appoint a Minister for Common Sense.
Here are the tweets:
We need a common sense revolution. Though I know its not practical, I almost wish @MBuhari would appoint a minister for common sense!

Does it make #commonsense that our presidential air fleet is larger than the combined fleet of the Queen of England and the British PM?

I appeal to @MBuhari to sell off our 11 presidential jets. Maintaining them at the current ₦5.3 Billion per annum is against #commonsense.

After selling her presidential jet, Mrs Banda said “I can as well use private airlines”. Words on marble for Nigeria’s leaders at all levels

The Annual cost of maintaining Presidential Fleet (₦5.3 Billion) can pay for 10k NYSC Corpers to start a business at 500k each #commonsense.
