Confident, Eloquent, Beautiful are some of the first words the come to mind to describe this woman of substance “Olajumoke Adenowo“, a leading Nigerian Female Architect that was recently featured on CNN African Voices and continues to inspire and impact the world through her works and vision of raising transformational leaders across Africa.
At a young age of 23, she designed the Federal Ministry of Finance, Abuja while she was employed at Femi Majekodunmi Associates. Two years later, she founded AD Consulting, an international award winning Architecture and Interior Architecture firm, which has now grown to be one of the most recognized Interior Architecture firms in Nigeria.
In an interview with CNN African Voices, she delved more into how she got into the world of Architecture, her success story, how her former boss mentored her and the role her Father played in her success story by engaging her in conversations as early as age 3, which helped in developing an assertive nature in her as she progressed through the years – a quality that was later going to make her stand out amongst others.
Her video on CNN African Voices is a must-watch! It’s not only inspiring but touching and it will leave a remarkable impact on you. Enjoy!
