The Kardashian sisters, Kim and Khloe were in Armenia a few days ago to tour their ancestral homeland as they explore their family’s roots. Both of them were accompanied by Kim’s husband Kanye West and daughter North West. The Kardashian’s and West touched down at Yerevan on Wednesday, 8th April and immediately had a heavy schedule ahead of them.
On Thursday, Kim and Khloe met with the Prime Minister of Armenia, Hovik Abrahamyan and among the topic of discussion was the Armenian genocide that happened 100 years ago. According to DailyMail.co.uk, the Kardashian sisters intended to do a documentary on the centennary commemoration of the genocide, which is a dark blotch in the history of Armenia. The Armenian massacre which the country’s historians claimed to have kill over a million Armenians.
The Kardahian sisters also visited several landmarks and posed at the Mother of Armenia statue, the genocide memorial and the national archive in Yerevan.
