The pregnant wife of a British pastor, Eric Isaiah Adusah, was reportedly found dead in a hotel bathroom in Ghana, and her husband has been arrested in connection with the murder, according to Mirror.co.uk.
The body of Charmain Adusah, 41, was discovered by hotel staff faced down in a bathtub, where it is believed she had been lying for about four days. Media reports claim that her husband left the hotel hurriedly on the day she is believed to have died and told hotel managers at the time that his three-month pregnant wife was ill and did not want to be disturbed.
Charmaine Adusah, and her husband, who is the head pastor at the Global Light Revival Ministries, Tottenham, North London branch had attended a church program in the city of Koforidua, Ghana. After the religious event, the couple decided to enjoy some time together before returning to the UK. The couple then checked into the Royal Mac Dic Hotel on Monday March 16 for five days, according to police, but Adusah shortly afterwards had to return back to the UK to attend to some other engagements.
Global Light Revival Ministries is yet to make any comment.
