Golden Icons: How did you hear about this Audition?
Ngozi: Well I was on youtube watching old pageant videos of contestants who won there said pageant. I use them as my inspiration everyday so that I can continue strong on my journey for the crown of Miss California USA 2011 that will take place in Palm Springs CA November 21, 2010. Everyone has there form of motivation, mine is watching pageants and seeing girls crowning glory. I ran across a video of former Miss New Jersey USA crowning moment when I happened to read a comment below about her audition for her OWN show on Oprah’s network. I followed the link read the instructions and literally screamed out of excitement!!! I remember thinking this is my chance to finally turn my career goals and dreams into my reality.
Golden Icons: What makes you think you will be the most appropriate candidate for this show?
Ngozi: I am the perfect host because I can translate my personality to the screen so when people watch they will instantly fall in love. I am unpredictable, irresistible, glamorous, personable, approachable, and contagious. People’s infatuation with me will be planted from just the first five seconds of watching me and then blossom for a lifetime of instant gratification I can provide. I am an effective communicator, active listener, great advisor, motivator, inspiration, storyteller, heart mender, and consoler. My ability to draw in the viewer will provide ratings that will allow me to stay on air for many years to touch a multitude of hearts. My ability to keep you guessing will have viewers coming back for me. No one can replace Oprah but I know if I am chosen to host my own show there will be a new face to run to for anything. I will be the host that grows with my audience. I will be there for the tears of joy and moments of uncontrollable laughter. The person viewers seek for a shoulder to cry on, an ear to listen to, and a hand to hold and walk by their side. I will be a constant lifelong friend. This makes me the perfect candidate for my own show.
