20-year-old, Orion Jones was arrested for urinating(!) on a waitress while standing at a nightclub balcony in Key West, Florida on Saturday night. Tia Cruz, the server, thought it was raining at first but then a friend pointed out Jones who was urinating on her from a balcony inside Rick’s nightclub. Anyway, after some struggle, the young man was arrested and the arraignment was scheduled for February 2.
Orion Jones allegedly pulled down his pants and starting peeing off the raised bar’s balcony some time around 2 a.m. Waitress, Tia Cruz who was on duty, serving drinks and talking to customers at that time, said she felt splashes of liquid hitting her body and face. Initially, the woman felt that it was raining until a co-worker indicated the source of the liquid, the man who was standing above.
According to The Smoking Gun, Jones was fighting with the nightclub’s security when the police arrived at the scene. The officers eventually used the stun gun twice to tie him up after he tried to escape.
The 20-year-old faces charges of both disorderly intoxication and resisting arrest.
