I would like to congratulate the President of the United States, the Intelligence team, and members of the Armed Forces that successfully accomplished the goal of bringing Osama Bin Laden to justice. In-spite of how you may feel about the President or his political views, you certainly have to give him some credit which he unquestionably deserves at this moment of history and celebration in the United States.
Based on the announcement of the assassination of the world’s most wanted terrorist ‘Osama Bin Laden’ at 11:31ET on May 1, it is obvious that President Obama does not just act on every piece of information that comes his way without thinking the total entirety of his course of actions. He revealed that he had known or at least had some information about Bin Laden’s whereabouts since August 2010; however he did not act until he got further intelligence to prove that piece of information. The first credit that I will give this commander-in-chief is that he was able to closely guard this information for several months, by ensuring it was only disseminated to the selected intelligent circus, which would have probably excluded his families, friends, and media. He acted with a level of caution that is worth applauding, especially because the US information/intelligence had been wrong before, with regards to getting into war with Iraq. So you can’t blame Obama for being double sure before attempting to strike… And finally when they decided to act, they carried out the operation alone, partly to ensure that the word about the operation does not get out, which may have resulted in a failed effort. But, thankfully, the mission was strategically planned, and it was a flawless accomplishment as no casualties were reported. — God Bless the United States of America..
