Monica Lewinsky was at the Tony Awards last weeked to support one of her best pals, Alan Cumming who co-hosted the musical achievement event with Kristin Chenoweth. The 41-year-old Lewinsky is now back to the limelight after years of staying behind the curtains following the famous scandal that almost rocked an American Presidency 17 years ago.
She was spotted wearing a red gown on the Tony Awards night with Cumming’s husband Grant Shaffer and mother, Mary. Prior to her appearance at the event, she announced her new position as Strategic Advisor to an anti-bullying foundation founded by the wife of Amazon chief, Jeff Bezos, according to DailyMail, UK. On Monday, Lewinsky said that she will be working as a strategic advisor for Bystander Revolution.

Her years of enduring cyber bullying following the revelation of the scandal with President Bill Clinton may have forged her crusade in using the painful experience to help others undergoing similar adversarial experiences.
