Why is Davido’s Recently Released Freestyle on Tim Westwood TV Being Heavily Criticized?

Davido did a freestyle for Westwood TV a year ago, but the video just resurfaced on the Internet and immediately went viral.

The freestyle also got several people on social media networks, especially Davido’s haters criticizing the HKN boss, saying that he doesn’t have any real talents judging by his wacky and empty lines during the freestyle.

Most of the time, rappers are better at freestyling, which is a style of rap with or without instrumental beats, in which the lyrics of the rap are improvised. However, others say a good R&B artist should also be able to freestyle, and because most people think Davido did quite a bad job at this freestyle attempt, he’s been judged to be a not-to-good artist.

But really, Davido may not have taken this freestyle as seriously as everybody else appears to be reacting to it, and the ‘aye’ singer was probably just having fun! Anyway, watch the video and let us know your thoughts?

Some of the lines he dropped on the beat:

“G-Wagon I burst all my tires.
Next day I buy new tires.”

“When I enter the stage,
All the girls
their bra and their pant them dey throway”

“All these ni**as want a feature.
Well, look at that line.”

A play on his popular jam, Aye,
“I buy her designer,
She no want Ferrari.
I take her to yankee,
She go buy Ferrari.”
