Malaysian Flight ‘MH370’ Missing since Last Year Deliberately Flown to Antartica, Documentary Claims

The Malaysian Airlines flight MH370 that went missing last year on 8th of March, en-route to Beijing from Kuala Lumpur deliberately turned left and then south towards the South Pole, according to an aviation expert. This new analysis will be aired in a documentary by National Geographic Channel next month as reported by Daily Mail UK.

According to the expert, Malcom Brenner someone in the cockpit deliberately turned the aircraft with 239 passengers on board toward the Antarctica. “This accident has caught the attention of the world in a way I have not seen in a forty-year career in aviation,” Brenner was quoted saying.

The flight remain the most baffling aviation mystery in history since the disappearance of Amelia Earhart solo flight over the Pacific Ocean over 78 years ago, and the plane is yet to be found. The disappearance of MH370 about a  year ago has generated various aviation theories such as a fire sparking on board the plane, taking away all the oxygen and leaving everyone unconscious, which then led to the pilot steering the plane back to Kuala Lumpur before the whole cockpit crew became unconscious too and the plane flew solely on autopilot until it ran out of fuel and crashed into the South Indian Ocean.

Another theory was that the pilot Zaharie Ahmad Shah flew the plane with an intention to commit suicide to protest the prosecution of Malaysian opposition leader Anwar Ibrahim for sodomy. The pilot was a well known political activist and his social media contents had strong indications of his support for the opposition leader. He was at the trial of Anwar for sodomy on the same day the flight disappeared and went straight from the court to his duty in the cockpit. His family also stated that he was suffering from depression.

The overwhelming consensus that the plane crashed into the southern Indian Ocean off the coast of Western Australia was based on the evidence of the last handshake between the plane with the British Immarsat Satellite on the night the plane disappeared.
