R. Kelly Finally Breaks Silence on Aaliyah’s Biopic: ‘Can’t Nobody Play Me, Homie’
R&B Celebrity Singer ‘R. Kelly‘ became a year older yesterday as he turned 48 years and his Atlanta friends threw the Grammy-award winner a surprise party, with some of the scene’s biggest celebrities in attendance including T.I., Keri Hilson and Phaedra Parks, just to mention a few.
But, a few hours before the party started, Kelly took to a Big Tigger-hosted V-103 Atlanta segment to share his thoughts on the Wendy Williams’ produced biopic of Aaliyah ‘Aaliyah: Princess of R&B’ which was aired on Lifetime.
When Big Tigger questioned Kelly on Aaliyah’s biopic he said: “You asked me this question…I didn’t know you was gonna ask me that,”….“Listen, I didn’t watch that. Once they said they was making a movie and somebody was gon’ be playing me — can’t nobody play me, homie.”
