Staying healthy and losing weight has been reported as one of the top new year resolutions on an annual basis. We also decided to do an informal/random in-house poll and the results were the same – eating healthy, losing weight, exercising more and getting financial freedom were top on the list on everyone’s goals for 2015.
Apart from goals related to becoming financially free, a lot of new year resolutions seem to revolve around being healthy and thus, we decided to start a column themed “Healthy Monday“, which will provide an avenue for sharing useful health tips on various topics such as healthy eating, healthy habits, losing weight, natural home remedies, and exercising, just to mention a few.
We hope this column will help our team and others stay healthy in 2015 in order to achieve the desired health-related new year resolutions.
