Saturday, November 12, 2011. The New York premiere of one of Nollywood’s best picture flicks, “In the Cupboard”, a movie directed by Desmond Elliott and starring, Nollywood star actress Ini EDO, Big Brother Africa Winner Uti Nwachucku, and award-winning Ghanaian actress Linda Forson.
At the premiere, the super-gorgeous Nollywood diva Genevieve Nnaji, showed up as a celebrity guest to support the movie. According to the eager fans, words such as “pretty, humble and extremely excited about meeting her fans” were used to describe this Nollywood Icon. On the other hand, the feedback on Desmond Elliott was characterized by the fans as an amazing star, who interacted well with all the fans that came from different parts of the country, just to support their favorite actors and director. Overall, the premiere was a huge success, and everyone enjoyed themselves.
