A Ferguson county court clerk of 19 years was recently fired from her job for posting a racist remark in her e-mail correspondence. Mary Ann Twitty was fired for making several racist comments including comparing President Barrack Obama to a chimpanzee.
Mary Ann compared the experience to ” being raped and thrown under the bus” as described during a recent interview with St Louis CBS affiliate KMOV.
“It took me awhile to get over the feeling of being raped and being thrown under that bus. I’m human, I meant nothing bad by it.”
One of the racist emails sent by Twitty included a picture of Ronald Reagan feeding a chimpanzee, along with the caption: “Rare photo of Ronald Reagan babysitting Barack Obama in 1962.”
