The Creative Industry Award which aims at rewarding creativity and entrepreneurship across various Nigerian industries held on Saturday, 24th January at the British Council Garden, Ikoyi, Lagos and had Don Jazzy among the ace of creative producers in the entertaining industry that won awards at the event. The other high profile winner was comedian cum actor/producer, Ayo Makun.
Don Jazzy took the lead in the music production category while Ayo Makun’s show, “AY Show” came tops in the comedy category while his box-office hit, “30 Days In Atlanta” also carted away an award. “30 days in Atlanta” is currently the highest grossing Nollywood movie of all times.
Other winners of the day were Bella Naija, Mo Abudu, Shola Animashaun, DJ Exclusive, Adesua Oyenokwe, and a slew of others in various other categories.
