According to a report by TMZ, American singer, Ciara has filed a $15 million lawsuit against Future for alleged slander and libel. She mentions several interviews and tweets in which Future, whose birth name Nayvadius Cash, apparently challenges her skills as a mother. She also disputes claims regarding his access to their son, who is named Future.
In an interview on radio, Future, in response to a picture of Ciara and her current partner Russell Wilson pushing baby Future in a stroller, reportedly said, “She probably set [Russell] up. You letting them catch that photo. Leave my son out of all the publicity stunts.”
According to TMZ, she also refers to a series of tweets by Future which he posted last month, in which he wrote, “This bitch got control problems … I gotta go through lawyers to see baby future … the fuckery for 15k a month.”
As part of the case, she wants the concerned tweets deleted and a refrain from public discussion of their private family matters.
