Just a few days ago everyone was talking about Taraji P. Henson’s Allure Magazine Cover (click here if you missed it), and shortly after we got to know that the Empire Star is also gracing the August Issue of W Magazine, but this time around, she chose to appear racy but sexy on the cover of the magazine as she almost bared all going braless while wearing a tight white midriff t-shirt.
In the candid cover interview, Taraji P. Henson talks about landing the role of Cookie Lyon in the hit show Empire, directed by Lee Daniels. She also revealed that she had previously auditioned for one of Daniels’ films, the critically acclaimed 2009 film Precious, but the part eventually went to Gabourey Sidibe.
