Blake Lively, 28, and Ryan Reynolds, 39, are expecting their second child, according to reports.
The genetically blessed actors, who married in a quiet ceremony in 2012, share a 16-month-old daughter named James.
Both actors are busy. On Tuesday night, Sony introduced the first trailer for Lively’s upcoming shark thriller, The Shallows, at CinemaCon. The same day paparazzi snapped photos of Lively wrapping a robe around her midsection in Malibu doing reshoots for the film.
Before giving birth to James, Lively (who is one of five children) had spoken publicly about wanting a big family.
“It’s something that I’ve always wanted ever since I was a little girl,” she told US Weekly. “I knew I wanted to have a lot of kids because I had come from a big family so it was always important to me. So it’s just the excitement of that finally being here.”
It is speculated to that Lively would make her red carpet debut with the bump at the Met Gala on May 2.
