Demi Moore was spotted for the first time since a man was found dead in the bottom of her pool at her Beverly Hills home in LA.
The actress, 52, who had previously said she was in ‘absolute shock’ after hearing the sad news, was pictured on a designer shopping spree at Prada and Lanvin and casually sipping coffee in New York the following day. She was also joined by two of her daughters Scout, 24, and Tallulah, 21.
The star’s luxury spending spree came as the family of Edenilson Steven Valle, 21, were coming to grips with his devastating drowning at the actress’ West Coast property. The young man identified as Edenilson Steven Valle, was found dead in the actress’ swimming pool after he had gone missing for 10 or 15 minutes before his friends found him floating in the deep end of the pool, Fred Corral, Los Angeles County coroner said.
The party was held by one of the assistants of the actress and it was reported by the victim’s family and friends that Valle could not swim. It is believed that the 21-year-old man drowned at the pool.
The actress who was not at home when the incident occurred said through her publicist that it was an “unthinkable tragedy”; she also sympathized with the family of the young man.
The actress bought the house with former husband, Ashton Kutcher.
