Nigerian President Goodluck Jonathan in a recent interview with Qatar-based international television station, AlJazeera said he is willing to return to his village ‘Otuoke’ in Bayelsa State, if for any reason, he loses the March 28 presidential election, Punch reports. Although, optimistic about winning the election, the President however stated that Nigeria is not his father’s estate and he is ready to move on in the event of an eventual loss.
“If by default somebody wins the election, of course, I will go back to my village. The country is not my father’s estate,” he said while speaking with AlJazeera, on Monday night.
