According to Amobi Okoye, this year’s Kick off 4 Kids Gala definitely yielded the best turn out since the event was inaugurated five years ago. This year’s gala was definitely classy one and several heart-touching testimonials were delivered by the foundations’ recipients, who testified of the good deeds that they have been blessed with from the foundation. After the gala reception, it was followed by an after party to celebrate the once youngest NFL football star Amobi Okoye, who just turned 25 and still having the best years of his life.
The Gala was a success and a well attended event with many special guests, including representatives of the Mayor of Katy, Katy Chief of Police, and Houston City Council Members. There were also a few NFL stars in attendance, including James Ihedigbo, Russell Okung of the Seattle Seahawks, DeMeco Ryans of Houston Texans, and Amobi Okoye himself, just to mention a few.
