According to CBS News, at least 14 people were killed in Cameroon after two bombs planted by suspected Boko Haram jihadists went off at a bar in a northern town in Cameroon, which killed at least 14 people, a military spokesman said Monday. A resident, Abdoulaziz Bambam said the death toll may rise as more bodies are recovered.
Col. Didier Badjeck also said three Chadian soldiers were among those killed Sunday in Fotokol, a town on the border with Nigeria’s Borno state; but no Cameroonian soldiers were reported to be hurt.
