Selena Gomez took a break from her busy schedule and went for an afternoon swim. The 22-year-old singer and actress, shared a revealing selfie of her in a black bikini swimsuit on Instagram, while she was relaxing under the sun.

The photo’s caption, “Swim, shower, script then studio” gave away the fact that Selena was already reading the script for her upcoming lead role in the film adaptation of the 2013 novel, “The Revised Fundamentals of Caregiving”, written by Jonathan Evison. Earlier this week, beautiful Selena shared the great news of the casting on her Twitter account, saying: “Finally able to share my new movie… Meet Dot” and also posting a link to Deadline, that first reported the story.
Deadline also sheds some more light into the plot of the film, noting that Gomez will star in the role of a “sassy young woman” who meets a frustrated teenage boy with muscular distrophy and his caregiver, ‘Ben’, played by Paul Rudd. Meanwhile, it looks like Rudd and Gomez have already met each other as the duo took a photo (also with Justin Theroux) at a Golden Globes after-party on Sunday night.
