On the same day that news broke about Bobbi Kristina Brown’s family saying she was being moved to hospice care and that her life “is in God’s hands now,” (Click here if you missed it), Brown’s boyfriend, Nick Gordon, is also being accused of assaulting Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown’s daughter in a new lawsuit filed by her conservator Bedelia Hargrove on Wednesday, June 24, 2015!
The complaint, obtained by US Weekly, accuses Gordon, 25, of dragging Bobbi Kristina upstairs by her hair, withdrawing her funds without authorization, and knocking out her teeth just hours before she was discovered face down and unresponsive in a bathtub on Jan. 31.
“Today I filed a lawsuit on behalf of Bobbi Kristina Brown. I filed this lawsuit to pursue justice on behalf of Bobbi Kristina Brown. No human being, male or female, should endure what Bobbi Kristina endured,” Hargrove’s statement read to Us. “Pat Houston and Bobby Brown have done all they can to take care of Bobbi Kristina since this terrible tragedy occurred. I have worked closely with both of them and we all want the very best for Bobbi Kristina. This lawsuit represents our collective efforts to get justice for Bobbi Kristina. We pray that justice will be done for her and that it will be swift,” her statement concluded.
A report by CNN also claims that since Brown’s hospitalization in January, Gordon accessed her accounts and stole more than $11,000. Attempts to contact Gordon by CNN for comment were unsuccessful Wednesday.
Gordon however posted a message on his Twitter account about keeping up regarding Bobbi Kristina’s condition but he did not mention the lawsuit. His tweet reads in part:
“We keep praying, she has fought hard this long don’t give up hope.”
