Caitlyn Jenner, who was still Bruce Jenner a few months ago, was involved in a fatal crash in february that left 69-year-old widow, Kim Howe dead. Click here if you missed it!
Jenner will reportedly be charged only with a misdemeanor for the accident, as police have concluded that no drugs, alcohol, or talking or texting on a phone were to blame for the incident, according to TMZ.
Investigators will claim that mere negligence, which is not a felony, was the cause of the fatal crash, which implies that the maximum charge Jenner can face is misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter.
Police reportedly came to the conclusion after studying video footage of the crash that was only made public this week by Entertainent Tonight. The video captured by the passing bus showed Jenner’s Escalade hitting late Kim Howe’s Lexus on the Pacific Coast Highway not far from Malibu, California, according to MailOnline.
