Conventional signal delivery services is currently delivered to our mobile devices via network providers through transmission towers located everywhere around the country. However, Google plans to bud this unconventional signal delivery method using Wi-fi.

It is known by all mobile users that Wi-Fi is only available at locales such as homes, restaurant, hotels or fast food chains and the signal range for Wi-Fi is extremely short compared to traditional tower transmission of traditional network providers. Moreover, the signals from Wi-Fi can be weaken as we move away from the Wi-fi routers or access points.
According to a source from NYT, the company intends to install many Google networks around the country, starting from three unspecified metropolitan US cities, which will make Wi-Fi availability wider and will only switch to traditional cellular towers when the Google networks are out of range. Those consumers using Google messaging and voice over the internet protocol services such as Google Hangout will get some extra bonuses if this new wireless service is made available in the future.
